The same people at your site, one fixed contact and a guarantee on the work. It starts with a walk-through of your premises.
We are ACS Schoonmaak, a cleaning company from Utrecht. We clean schools, offices, sports facilities and shops across central Netherlands. Every job starts with a walk-through of your building, which becomes the work plan.
Then a regular team takes over, so the same people every time. They know your building, your hours and the spots that get dirty fast. Everyone is trained and VOG-screened (Dutch certificate of conduct).
You have one fixed contact you call directly. We check our own work and give a guarantee: if something is not right, we put it right.
Spotless work, personally managed.
See all servicesA school, an office, a sports hall and a shop all get dirty differently. So we first look at how your building is used, and at what times. We fit the work plan and the regular team around that.
In a school, many hands touch the same handles, taps and desks every day. We clean around lesson times, with a regular team that is VOG-screened. Classrooms, corridors, washrooms and floors are fresh again for the next day.

You want the office clean before the first colleague walks in. So we work outside office hours, or during the day if you prefer. Desks, meeting rooms, pantry and washrooms are part of a fixed round.

Changing rooms, showers and sports halls see heavy use every week. We clean around training sessions and matches, in the quiet hours. We clean sports floors with a method that suits the material.

Visitors notice the entrance, the glass and the shop floor first. We clean before opening, after closing or visibly during the day if you wish. In a shopping centre we also cover the walkways and shared washrooms.
More about this sectorA certified pilot flies the drone from the ground. A hose feeds it purified water from our van, which carries 1,000 litres. There is no scaffolding and nobody hanging from a rope, so the people who work or live in the building hardly notice a thing.
You know the people who come to you, and you call your regular contact directly. We work with microfibre and environmentally conscious products, and we check our own work.
We come and look before we promise anything. Then we write a work plan: what we do, when and with whom. So you pay for what your building needs, not for a standard package.
You get a regular team that knows your site. They know where the supplies are and which corner needs extra attention. That saves explaining, and it shows in the work.
Your regular contact checks the work and stays in touch with you. If something is not right, we put it right. That is the guarantee we give.
From Utrecht we drive to schools, offices, sports facilities and shops within roughly 50 kilometres. So we are at your door quickly when something comes up.
Places we work include Utrecht, Amsterdam, Almere, Amersfoort, Hilversum, Zeist, Nieuwegein, Houten, Woerden, Gouda, Veenendaal, Tiel.
All places in our service areaYou work in a regular team at sites you know, with colleagues who step in when it gets busy. We notice good work, and we say so.
How to applyLeave your name and number and say briefly what it is about. We call you back promptly, usually the same working day, and schedule the walk-through.
