If you fill in the form on this website, we process what you enter there yourself:

• your name
• the name of your company or organisation
• your phone number
• your email address
• what you write in the message

If you call or email us directly, we process what you tell us yourself in doing so. We do not ask for more than we need to answer your question.

We use your data to call or email you about your request and to draw up a quote that suits your premises. We do not use it for anything else. You will not receive a newsletter and we do not build a profile of you.

You ask us for a walk-through or a quote. To act on that, we have to process your data: that is the pre-contractual phase under the law. We also have a legitimate interest in handling your request properly and keeping our records in order.

We keep data from a request for no longer than 12 months after we have dealt with it. After that we delete it. If you become a client, we keep what is needed for the contract for as long as it runs, plus the statutory retention period for our records.

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the parties we need to keep this website and our email running:

• our email provider (Hostinger), for receiving and answering your message
• our hosting provider (Vercel), where this website runs

We have agreements with these parties on how they protect your data. Beyond that, we only pass on your data if the law requires us to, for example to a supervisory authority.

This website does not set tracking or marketing cookies and does not follow you on other websites. We only use what is technically needed to make the site work. That is why you see no cookie banner here.

The connection to this website is encrypted (https). Only the people who handle your request can access your data.

You can always ask which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask us to restrict it or have your data transferred. Email your request to info@acsschoonmaakbv.nl. You will get a reply within a month.

Do you feel we are not handling your data properly? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

If the law or the way we work changes, we update this statement. The latest version is always on this page. This version is dated September 2026.
