Through the quote form on this website we process the data you enter yourself:

• your name
• the name of your company or organisation
• your phone number
• your email address
• your message

If you call or email us directly, we process the data you share with us in doing so. We never ask for more than we need to answer your question.

We use your data to contact you about your request and to draw up a quote that suits your premises. We do not use it for any other purpose, we do not send you a newsletter and we do not build a profile of you.

We process your data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (the pre-contractual phase). We also have a legitimate interest in handling your request properly and keeping our records in order.

We keep data from a quote request for a maximum of 12 months after it has been dealt with. After that we delete it. If you become a client, we keep the data needed for the contract for as long as it runs, plus the statutory retention period for our records.

We never sell your data. We only share it with the parties we need in order to run this website and our email:

• our email provider, for receiving and answering your message
• our hosting provider, where this website runs

We have agreements with these parties on the protection of your data. Only if the law requires us to do so will we pass data on to, for example, a supervisory authority.

This website does not place tracking or marketing cookies and does not follow you across other websites. We only use what is technically necessary to make the site work properly. That is why you will not see a cookie banner on our site.

The connection to this website is encrypted (https). Only the staff who handle your request have access to your data.

You have the right to access your data and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to the processing, ask for it to be restricted or have your data transferred. Send your request to info@acsschoonmaakbv.nl. We respond within one month.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
