Every facade calls for its own approach
Dirt, algae, exhaust fumes and rain streaks cling to each facade material differently. We clean glass and aluminium with demineralised water, so no limescale marks or streaks are left behind. uPVC frames and panels get a gentle clean that does not harm the material. With stone and concrete we assess the surface first and then choose the method: from a mild treatment against green growth to pressure cleaning where the material can take it. That leaves the facade clean without damage, and you see the difference straight away from the street.
Safe at height with our own aerial platform
For taller facades we use our own aerial platform. That lets us reach places a water-fed pole cannot, such as dormers, canopies, gutters and the top storeys. For a genuinely tall building we clean the facade with our washing drone: no scaffolding or ropes, working from the air with the same pure water. Our van is fitted with a thousand-litre water system, so we can start on site straight away with clean water. Our staff are trained, screened with a VOG (Dutch certificate of conduct) and work to VCA safety standards (Dutch safety certification). You get a single point of contact who agrees the schedule with you, and our work comes with a guarantee.
